Treat everyone with warmth and respect — regardless of gender, background, faith, orientation, ability or how new they are. Everyone was new here once.
Be curious, not creepy
Great conversations come from genuine curiosity. Respect boundaries and consent — a 'no' (spoken or unspoken) is always the end of it. VibeNest is not a place for unwanted advances.
Be present
Show up as yourself, put the phone away, and give people your attention. The magic only happens when you're actually in the room.
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or self-serving behaviour that treats the community as a lead list. Anyone who breaks this is removed — no exceptions.
